Happy New Year to you, as well, my Australian friend.
Anita and I will be celebrating with Aussies in Sydney this year at 8:00am EST! ๐ Not physically in Sydney, at least WE are not. But that way we can go to bed anytime we want and the NY’s celebration will be over.
But I won’t drink champagne that early in Kentucky; we usually use Bourbon, anyway, and don’t start drinking that till breakfast at 9:00am! ๐

I will be cranking up the BBQ in about 30 mins to start roasting a cut of pork and assorted vegetables. We have just come out of a horrific heatwave through Christmas, so itโs nice to be able to pull together such a meal. Yes, the bubbles are on ice, but we have some rum from the Illegal Rum company, so I might be having a tipple or two of that over some ice ๐ฅ๐๐ฅณ
